"Stormprayer" was the 3rd Balbulus album, originally released in October 2008. In the 4 years since "Rekindle", Balbulus had evolved into a live three-piece band; this trio line-up attempted to record an album during this time, but only managed to finish 3 tracks which were released as the "Preview" EP in 2006. The band struggled on for another couple of years, but called it a day in 2008, at which point I decided to revert Balbulus back to its original solo incarnation. This album marked that return.

Although in my opinion the album contains some of my best material, I was never totally happy with certain aspects of the sound. I've now finally remastered the tracks to fix these issues.
